Contract Type: Temporary - possible lead to permanent (the role is an initial temporary support whilst they recruit for a permanent person to fill the position.
Hourly Rate: £18 - £23
Working Pattern: Full Time

About the Role

This pivotal position is tailored for an experienced Executive Assistant who can seamlessly manage the professional life of the Chairman while overseeing the operations of a small family office. You will be the trusted operational linchpin, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently!

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive Support to the Chairman: Act as the first point of contact between the Chairman and both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage a complex and dynamic diary, coordinating high-level meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, briefing packs, board papers, agendas, presentations, and notes.
  • Screen and respond to calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and act as a trusted sounding board.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the family office, ensuring smooth administrative processes.
  • Coordinate with legal, financial, investment, and property advisors, acting as the operational conduit.
  • Maintain and manage digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support budgeting, cash flow tracking, and expense management.
Candidate Profile
