Job Description

As the Office Administrator / PA, you will:

  • Collect gifts from stores across London for the Founder and family
  • Order lunch and stationery for the office
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence as required
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure filing systems are up-to-date
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations and client material
The Successful Applicant

A successful Office Administrator / PA should have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role is preferred
  • Interest in working within a creative environment
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
