Job summary
A consulting firm in London is seeking a Project Coordinator for a fixed-term maternity leave cover role, lasting up to 13 months. This position requires strong coordination and administrative skills essential for delivering high-quality client projects. The ideal candidate will support project governance, assist in planning and tracking, and create clear internal briefings. This role offers a part-time schedule of 4 days a week, from 09.30 to 14.30.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support project governance processes.
- Assist in planning and tracking of projects.
- Create internal briefings for project leads.
Fixed Term Contract (maternity leave cover), up to 13 months, 4 days per week, 09.30 – 14.30.
Reporting into Head of Strategic Operations.
- A highly challenging project governance and coordination role that is essential to the successful delivery of client projects and to the smooth functioning of SHM’s internal operations. This is a key role that enables project team members and senior leadership to deliver high-quality outputs for our clients at speed.
- Provide coordination and administrative support for the organisation’s compliance and governance processes
- The successful candidate will provide a wide variety of enablement support to the project team. The role will also involve working cross-functionally across the business to lead the review and maintenance of business-critical governance processes.
