About The Role

Our client is expanding and continuously opening new childrens residential homes. As a result, we are recruiting a Regional Operations Manager who can successfully oversee multiple services while upholding our clients high standard of making a house a home. All homes are renovated to a high specification, creating warm, welcoming, and nurturing environments for children and young people.

This position requires strong leadership, exceptional delegation skills, and the ability to maintain consistently high standards. Your work will directly contribute to providing a safe, supportive setting that enables children to thrive, preparing them for a positive and successful transition into adulthood.

You will manage several registered services and work collaboratively within a wider team of Regional Managers. Our client offers robust support from senior leadership and strives to ensure you have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to excel in your role.

You will also benefit from strong back-office supportFinance, Commercial, Maintenance, Premises, Training, HR, Recruitment, and ITallowing you to focus on operational excellence and the continuous pursuit of OUTSTANDING Ofsted ratings.

The Director of Residential Services is highly approachable and known for providing exceptional support. With extensive frontline residential experience, they bring a 360-degree understanding of the sector. Requirements
