A leading children's care provider in South West England seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple residential services. The role involves ensuring high standards in children's care, managing staff, and striving for outstanding Ofsted ratings. With at least 5 years' experience in residential care and 2 years of managerial experience, the ideal candidate will be supported with robust resources and development opportunities, including a Level 7 qualification.

Our client is expanding and continuously opening new childrens residential homes. As a result, we are recruiting a Regional Operations Manager who can successfully oversee multiple services while upholding our clients high standard of making a house a home. All homes are renovated to a high specification, creating warm, welcoming, and nurturing environments for children and young people.
This position requires strong leadership, exceptional delegation skills, and the ability to maintain consistently high standards. Your work will directly contribute to providing a safe, supportive setting that enables children to thrive, preparing them for a positive and successful transition into adulthood.
You will manage several registered services and work collaboratively within a wider team of Regional Managers. Our client offers robust support from senior leadership and strives to ensure you have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to excel in your role.
