Our client, a leading institution within the creative education sector, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Learning & Teaching Coordinator to join their Education Team on a full-time basis.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about academic quality, curriculum enhancement, and supporting an inclusive, industry‑led learning environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring students remain at the heart of the organisation's teaching and curriculum practices.
Working closely with the Deputy Provost, Associate Deans, and Academic Services teams, you will:
Essential:
✔ Undergraduate degree
✔ Strong IT competency
✔ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
✔ Experience in curriculum design, quality assurance, and audit
✔ Experience managing budgets
✔ Ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Desirable:
➕ Teaching experience and/or qualifications
➕ Experience designing academic policy and processes
➕ Strong analytical ability to interpret and evaluate complex information
