Job summary
A Facilities Management business is looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts in Leeds. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring service performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The candidate should have a background in Facilities Management or related fields, with strong client management skills. The position offers a salary of up to £45,000 and a hybrid working model.

- Strong understanding of Total Facilities Management (TFM) contracts.
- Experience in managing client relationships and growing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients across assigned TFM contracts.
- Identify opportunities for contract growth and additional services.
- Oversee service delivery across hard and soft FM disciplines.
