Job summary

A growing business in Reigate is seeking a Sales Support & Customer Service Executive to join its team. This role requires over 3 years of experience in sales support, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in CRM and ERP systems. The successful candidate will support Sales Managers, manage customer orders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in sales support, customer service or order processing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, B2B environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Sales Managers with quotations, pricing, and administration.
  • Processing and verifying customer orders in line with agreed terms.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for order and account queries.
  • Monitoring open orders and resolving issues with Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM and ERP systems.
