As an EFDA, you'll work closely with our Orthodontist to deliver top-notch care and ensure our patients feel supported throughout their treatment journey. • Hourly Rate: $25 - $30/hour based on experience

• Prepare for patient appointments and maintain a smooth clinical workflow
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments according to safety protocols
• Take diagnostic records and perform iTero scans
• Assist the Orthodontist during orthodontic procedures
• Independently carry out prescribed treatments within the EFDA scope
• Educate patients on treatment progress and care instructions
• Facilitate clear communication between the Orthodontist and patients
• Build strong, positive relationships with patients and families

• Current EFDA license in the State of Pennsylvania (required)
• Minimum 2 years of dental or orthodontic assisting experience (orthodontics preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent chair-side manners and patient communication skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with problem-solving ability
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments

$25 - $30 hourly
