Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Gorleston-on-Sea seeks a Rotational Band 6 Midwife to deliver essential midwifery care in a community-focused environment. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Midwife.
• Demonstrated understanding of the assessment process for students.
• Evidence of further professional development in midwifery.

Responsibilities

• Provide midwifery care to mothers and babies in hospital/community settings.
• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
• Maintain accurate, clear and concise written records.
• Promote safe, effective care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Skills

Excellent knowledge base with broad range of expanded roles

High level of interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrates good level of IT skills

Flexible approach to working pattern

Education

Registered Midwife (currently registered with NMC)

ENB 997/Teaching & Assessing or equivalent qualification

Diploma, Degree or MSc in Midwifery
