- Deliver a full range of beauty treatments to the highest standard, including facials, waxing, massage, manicures, pedicures, tinting, and body treatments.
- Provide professional skin and body consultations, tailoring treatments to individual client needs.
- Recommend suitable homecare products and aftercare advice to support client results and boost retail sales.
- Manage a busy appointment schedule efficiently while maintaining exceptional service levels.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation of treatment rooms and equipment at all times.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage rebookings and loyalty.
- Stay informed about new products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy — essential.
- Proven experience in a salon or spa environment, ideally high-volume or premium.
