Job summary
A dynamic recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to work on-site in Romsey. You will support product development, lead change using Lean and Six Sigma tools, and promote continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. - Leading PFMEA and risk mitigation for product designs.
- Driving problem resolution using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
- Identifying and implementing manufacturing processes for new products.
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

- Supporting DFMA, NPD and NPI activities across production and supply chain
- Leading PFMEA and risk mitigation for product designs and manufacturing processes
- Driving problem resolution using Lean and Six Sigma tools
- Identifying and implementing manufacturing, assembly and testing processes for new products
- Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement techniques
- Experience leading change management projects and cross‑functional teams
- Strong understanding of electronic and mechanical assembly principles
- Familiarity with MRP systems (IFS advantageous)
- Excellent problem‑solving skills (8D, RCA, DMAIC) and communication abilities
