We're hiring a Transport First Line Manager to lead our driver team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver excellence on the road.

• Lead and Manage Drivers
  Provide day-to-day leadership, briefings, and support for DHL, agency, and subcontractor drivers, ensuring performance, compliance, and engagement.
• Operational Delivery
  Oversee safe, legal, and efficient transport operations, adjusting plans as needed and resolving issues in real time to meet service levels.
• Compliance & Fleet Standards
  Ensure driver and fleet compliance, including pre-shift checks, defect reporting, and legal standards in line with DHL Asset Management protocols.
• People & Performance Management
  Manage absence, conduct 1-2-1s, support recruitment, and drive performance through training, development, and disciplinary processes.
• Continuous Improvement & Cost Control
  Use TMS effectively, monitor cost trends (e.g. fuel, accidents), support projects, and promote a culture of improvement and best practice sharing.

• Proven background in transport or logistics operations
• Experience managing teams or leading people
• Confident using computer systems and transport management tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
