At 4WARD.earth, we’re building the global bridge for climate collaboration — uniting innovators, investors, and changemakers to drive sustainability forward.

We’re launching a new global membership initiative to provide our members with deeper resources, learning, and impact. As our Membership Program Manager, you’ll help lead this exciting new chapter — designing, building, and growing a premium membership experience that empowers thousands of climate leaders worldwide.

💪 Volunteer Goals

• Develop and refine 4WARD’s freemium membership model, including member tiers, benefits, and pricing
• Co-create and implement a monthly programming calendar of exclusive events, resources, and learning experiences
• Collaborate with the community, events, and marketing teams to engage, onboard, and retain members
• Build systems and workflows for managing member data, feedback, and communications
• Support the rollout of premium-only spaces on our Circle community platform
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and sponsorships that add value for members
• Collect and analyze member feedback to continuously improve engagement and offerings
• Help develop the long-term strategy and growth roadmap for the membership program
