A leading housing organization in West Bromwich is seeking a Portfolio Risk Manager for a 12-month hybrid contract. The role focuses on managing risks associated with over 800 residential properties, overseeing relationships with outsourced agents, and ensuring compliance with governance. Ideal candidates will have experience with large property portfolios and relevant qualifications. Hours: 35 hours per week

We are looking for a Portfolio Risk Manager to support our West Brom Homes team on a 12 month contract. To support the portfolio of over 800 residential properties in the private rental sector, you will manage risks associated with the property portfolio, governance of the relationship with the outsourced managing agent and work on ESG initiatives.
