The Opportunity:

• Based out of their Head Office and overseeing multiple live projects or one larger project, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating high-value Super Prime residential schemes, with an initial focus on a new build country home project.
• You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the exceptional standards expected within this niche sector.
• This role suits a Contracts Manager with a proven background in managing high-end single-dwelling residential projects, with contract values in excess of GBP5m.
• You will ideally have 10+ years of experience and a strong understanding of both refurbishment and new-build processes within the luxury residential market.
• Strong leadership, programming, and client-facing skills are essential, as is a stable and progressive career history.
