Private Client Lawyer - Salisbury

A respected law firm in Salisbury is looking for a skilled and compassionate Private Client Lawyer to join its growing team. Whether you're a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Probate Practitioner, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload and contribute to a collaborative, people-first practice.

You'll handle a broad range of private client matters, including:

• Wills & Probate
• Trusts & Tax Planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Guardianship & Court of Protection

This role offers genuine progression including potential to step into a Head of Department position for the right candidate.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 3+ years PQE in private client law
• Strong billing history and technical expertise
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Confident with IT systems and digital tools
• A warm, empathetic approach to client service
