This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Building Surveyor to make a tangible impact in a supportive environment, with a clear progression route towards directorship.
As a Building Surveyor, you will oversee a varied client portfolio, including education, retail, commercial, and office projects, for local authorities and offshore developers. You\'ll deliver both professional and project services, leveraging your expertise to exceed client expectations.
- Delivering a range of professional and project services.
- Collaborating with an experienced and approachable team.
- Playing an active role in practice development, with opportunities to progress into leadership.
- MRICS qualified.
- Holds a RICS-accredited degree.
- Consultancy or private practice background.
- Proven experience across professional and project-based instructions.

- Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
