A leading national consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Valuation Surveyor or Senior Surveyor for a home-based role covering the North of England and Midlands. The position involves conducting property inspections, preparing valuation reports, and managing your own caseload with autonomy. Ideal candidates will be MRICS Chartered Surveyors with strong negotiation and communication skills. This full-time role offers flexibility and the backing of a professional consultancy.

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial valuation or lease consultancy required.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel necessary.
- Registered Valuer status desirable.
Responsabilités
- Carry out property inspections and measurements.
- Prepare accurate and timely valuation reports.
- Undertake rent reviews and market valuations.
