Qualifications

• Completed a RICS accredited degree.
• Building Surveying experience within a Consultancy environment.
• Project focused / Contract administration experience.
• Previous experience as a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor.
• Public sector project experience.
• MRICS is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct traditional building surveying services.
• Carry out project management and contract administration across public sector projects.
• Mentor less experienced Building Surveyors.
• Support Partners with business development and client management.
