£12.48ph for over 21s, £11.44ph for 18-21s, £9.50ph for under 18s plus tronc and benefits

Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, our Kitchen Assistants operate daily in our Cyder Bar kitchen. You will receive guidance, support, and training from senior chefs. Your responsibilities include managing your section, assisting with ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a seamless culinary experience for our guests. You will prepare vegan pasties, sausage rolls, and winter toasties, as well as serve freshly made soups and stews from our central production unit. Additionally, you will monitor stock levels of pastries and cakes from our bakery for reordering.
The Cyder Bar Kitchen, our main venue for pastries, salads, and drinks, is a lively spot for guests seeking warmth and refreshment.
Estate Events and BBQs include seasonal events like Apple Day and Garden Lates, with outdoor dining and seasonal pop-ups such as waffles and pancakes.
