Reporting to the Head Concierge, you will ensure that all procedures are performed to the hotel’s standards. You will transport guest luggage to/from guestrooms and have knowledge of all hotel services, hours of operation, guestroom features, and amenities. You will attend to the immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow up throughout their stay. You will be a key person in providing a warm welcome and a fond farewell.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have operational knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record. Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are preferred, but your technical skills and flexibility will set you apart.
To be successful, you will already have experience in a luxury service environment and a strong understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You should be impeccably presented, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to engage effectively with guests.
