We are seeking an experienced Deputy Children's Home Manager to join our dedicated team in a small 3-bed Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) home. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children's residential services, specifically in an EBD setting, and a passion for therapeutic care.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Implement and monitor individualized care plans, promoting therapeutic approaches to meet the emotional and behavioral needs of the children.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of care staff, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
