We are recruiting for a Luggage Porter for one of the coolest new hotels in Hoxton. art'otel Hoxton offers a skyline view, gallery space, two Banksy originals on display, 357 guest rooms and suites, a lounge, gym and two destination restaurants.

Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming and guest-responsive atmosphere with personalised service, attention to detail, and response to guest and leadership feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
  • Perform doorperson duties when required, acting as the first point of contact for all guests entering the building.
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely, and with a caring attitude.

  • Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
