Overview

The Rehabilitation Ward at the Ross Memorial Hospital in Dingwall are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic Deputy Senior Charge Nurse.

Previous experience as a band 5 for at least 5 years would be essential and experience in a leadership role desirable. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is compassionate, considerate to others and keen to learn and develop new skills and knowledge to aid professional development. The successful candidate must be able to deliver a high standard of nursing care to patients with rehabilitation and palliative care needs. Some knowledge of Rheumatoid arthritis and experience with infusions would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Charge Nurse with off duty, staff management, and clinical audits.
  • Play a role in leadership of the ward and the infusion suite / outpatient services.
Qualifications
  • Full UK NMC registration (MUST).
  • Band 5 for at least 5 years would be essential.
  • Experience in a leadership role desirable.
  • Some knowledge of Rheumatoid arthritis and experience with infusions would be beneficial.
