As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Providing accurate and complete information to customers about our services, including pricing, availability, and turnaround times.
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling appointments, and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Ensuring all customer interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining customer records and updating the customer database as needed.
