Job summary
A social housing contractor in Greater London seeks a Carpenter Multi-Trader for a long-term temporary role with potential to become permanent. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day occupied repairs and maintenance in social housing properties. Essential qualifications include a full UK driving licence and core skills in carpentry, along with the ability to perform plumbing repairs and tiling. Competitive pay of £22 - £25 per hour with a company vehicle provided.

Covering North London and the Herts / Essex border
Day to day occupied repairs and maintenance of social housing properties for a large Local Authority and a Housing Association.
- Full UK driving licence (company vehicle will be supplied)
- Core skilled trade of carpentry
- Ability to undertake multi-trade duties: plumbing repairs and tiling (mainly splash)
