Plasterer Multi Trader – Social Housing

Location: East London & Kent
Salary: £38,000 per annum Company Van & Fuel Card

Build Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trader to join a busy social housing repairs & maintenance contract covering East London and Kent.

This is a long-term, stable position working on occupied and void properties, completing day-to-day maintenance and repair works.

The Role:

• Carrying out plastering works including patching, skimming and making good
• Completing multi-trade tasks (basic carpentry, plumbing, tiling, etc.)
• Working within social housing properties
• Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds in Plastering
• Previous experience within social housing
• Ability to carry out multi-trade maintenance works
• Own tools required
• Full UK driving licence

Package:

• £38,000 salary
