Job summary
A dynamic outsourcing services provider is seeking a Finance and Operations Administrator to manage day-to-day financial and operational tasks. In this part-time remote role (up to 20 hours per week), you will handle client invoices, purchase orders, and liaise with accountants. The position offers flexibility in working hours, making it ideal for those looking to manage their schedule around other commitments. The initial contract will last for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
Qualifications
- Experience with financial administration and operations is preferred.

- Prepare and issue client invoices and purchase orders.
- Track payments and manage finance folders.
- Liaise with accountants and support team administration.
Skills
A growing and acquisitive outsourcing services business have created a new requirement for a Finance and Operations Administrator so support their day‑to‑day financial and operational coordination.
Youll handle structured admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes : preparing and issuing client invoices and purchase orders, tracking payments, managing finance folders, liaising with accountants, and supporting team and IT administration.
This is a part‑time remote role up to 20 hours per week, offering some flexibility, with slightly busier period around invoicing, payment runs, and month‑end reporting. You will be based remotely from home and can choose the exact hours to work round what suits you best!
Initial contract length will be 6 months, with a chance of this being extended further.
