A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work remotely from the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have experience in investigating and settling liability claims, ensuring compliance with client requirements while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for those with a strong background in Employers & Public Liability claims.

Responsabilidades
- Investigate and settle liability claims as required.
- Gather evidence to support recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and service standards.
Our client is looking to recruit a Casualty / Liability Claims Handler to work on a remote / home working basis.
You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate liability claims for Employers & Public Liability (injury and TPPD) and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
The role requires you to investigate and settle (as required) liability claims, covering legal/policy liability and quantum, gathering evidence to support your recommendations in a timely manner and in compliance with client requirements.
