A leading HR technology company is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to manage complex implementation projects and mentor colleagues. This remote role requires a strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and experience in client-facing projects. The successful candidate will also develop training content and ensure seamless transitions for clients adopting the platform.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our specialist Managed Service Delivery team. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be a subject-matter expert within the team, responsible for managing our most complex implementation projects and acting as a key point of escalation. You will leverage your deep product and industry knowledge to ensure our customers have the skills required to proficiently operate and administer our software.
While you will not have direct line management responsibilities, you will play a crucial role in the development of the wider team by providing mentorship, guidance, and support to other Implementation Consultants.
This role is challenging and rewarding, requiring you to manage a portfolio of high-value projects while simultaneously acting as a resource for your colleagues. Our platform and our business are constantly changing, and we’re seeking a candidate with extensive payroll knowledge who can communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and thrive in a constantly evolving environment.
