An innovative climate organization based in the United Kingdom is seeking a motivated SDR / Sales & Business Development Volunteer. This role involves outreach, client development, and engagement with partners, all while gaining practical experience in sales development and CRM management. Although the position is unpaid, it offers invaluable networking opportunities and hands-on experience in the field of climate and sustainability.
4WARD empowers climate-focused professionals and connects them with organizations driving environmental innovation.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SDR / Sales & Business Development Volunteer to support outreach, client development, and follow-up efforts across 4WARD’s core business models: a) consulting & advisory services and b) referral marketing & affiliate offers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience in sales development, CRM management, client outreach, and business development strategy while building a global network in climate and sustainability. Volunteers will spend 5–8+ hours per week on outreach, lead generation, and follow-up with prospective clients and partners. This position is unpaid but highly valuable for career growth and networking.
