We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual to join our team in a fully remote role. At Skillsy, we empower students to make informed decisions about their education and career pathways, and we need someone to help us make that happen!

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Student Advisor, your role will be a unique blend of guiding students to their best-fit educational options while enjoying the flexibility of working from anywhere. Your key responsibilities will include:

Student Consultation: Engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and needs.
Personalised Advice: Provide tailored advice on courses, degree programs, and career options that match student aspirations.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with students, answering questions and providing support throughout their decision-making journey.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest educational offerings and ensure students have the most accurate and current information.
Support Systems: Collaborate with the Skillsy team to ensure smooth student onboarding and provide continuous support throughout their educational experience. ️
Target Achievement: As a commission-based role, you will have the opportunity to earn great rewards by meeting and exceeding your targets.
What We’re Looking For:

Language Skills: Fluency in more than one language is a huge plus! You’ll be able to offer support to a wide range of students, helping them overcome language barriers.
Communication Skills: You’ll need to be a strong communicator, comfortable with virtual consultations (via phone, email, and video calls).
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, education advisory, or customer service is a bonus—but if you’re a quick learner, we’d love to hear from you!
Motivated and Target-Driven: This is a commission-based role, so your drive and ability to meet targets will help you thrive.
Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using online communication tools, CRM software, and other technology platforms is essential.
