Job Title: Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor
Location: Remote but able to access the office based in Marlow
Salary: OTE £50,000-£60,000 Year 1, OTE £75,000+ Year 2

Responsibilities for the role of Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor:
- Provide professional and tailored mortgage advice to clients
- Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
- Manage documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
- Stay up to date with mortgage market changes and products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape company growth.
Experience required for the role of Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor:
- Previous experience providing mortgage advice
- Strong understanding of mortgage products and the lending process
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to generate your own business is essential, though leads will also be provided
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload
- Proactive, ambitious, and client-focused
