Job summary
A clinical research organization is seeking a highly-motivated Clinical Research Associate II - Study Start-Up and Maintenance. This home-based position will involve overseeing study startup and regulatory activities for Phase I-IV clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and applicable regulations. Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in study start-up roles, with a strong background in clinical research and development, ideally in oncology. Strong organizational and mentoring skills are also desirable.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical R&D.
- At least 2 years of experience in a CRO providing research services.
- 5+ years of experience in a study start-up position.
Responsibilities
- Perform study startup and regulatory document maintenance activities.
- Assess the progress of clinical projects at assigned sites.
- Serve as the primary liaison between site and project team.
