A cutting-edge technology company in the UK is seeking a Cofounding CTO to lead the technology roadmap and transition towards global roll-out. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in thermal systems, HVAC, or data-centre infrastructure. Responsibilities include strategy ownership, leading R&D and engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Joining offers founder-level equity and a direct impact on sustainable computing infrastructure at a pivotal growth stage.
We are seeking a Cofounding CTO with deep expertise in thermal systems, HVAC, or data-centre infrastructure to own the technology roadmap and lead the transition from late-stage prototype to global roll-out.
As CTO and cofounder, you will :
Build manufacturing and supply-chain readiness for scaled production, working with OEMs and key suppliers
Ensure compliance with relevant data-centre, safety, performance and sustainability standards.
Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering team (mechanical, electrical, software)
Partner closely with the CEO and board on customer engagement, pilots and strategic partnerships with data centres and integrators
Act as the technical representative with customers, partners, investors, regulators and at industry events
