We focus on cataloging all new condo predevelopment as well as providing up-to-date news on existing condos. Apart from Toronto, we cover other cities such as Vaughan, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Scarborough and more. Salary: $2,500 - $3,000 per month, based on experience

Location: Remote

We are seeking a skilled and motivated freelance writer to join our team. As a freelance writer, you will create high-quality, engaging, and well-researched content across various topics, tailored to our diverse audience. Responsibilities include producing blog posts, articles, web copy, and other written materials that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong writing background, adaptability for different platforms and audiences, excellent research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality. Experience in content writing, SEO, and digital marketing is a plus, but we welcome candidates with various experience levels demonstrating passion for writing and learning.

• Writing and editing clear, engaging, and well-researched articles and blog posts
• Ensuring content aligns with client requirements and editorial guidelines
• Conducting in-depth research for accurate, insightful, and current information
• Collaborating with the editorial team to brainstorm and develop content ideas
• Meeting project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards

• Proven experience in freelance writing or content creation
