Are you self-motivated, confident, and hungry to earn? We’re looking for driven individuals to join our growing life insurance team as Lead Generators. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, introducing them to a free review of their existing life insurance policies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start or grow a career in financial services — with full support, training, and the chance to become a fully qualified Life Insurance Broker (we’ll even pay for your Chartered Insurance Institute exams).

• Make outbound (cold) calls to potential clients.
• Book appointments for customers to review their life insurance policies.
• Build rapport and gather key information in a professional, compliant manner.
• Work towards achievable targets — with uncapped earning potential.

• Basic income of £18,000 per year (self-employed basis).
• Uncapped commission – realistic OTE £40,000+.
• Full training and ongoing support from experienced professionals.
• Funded CII qualification to become a certified Life Insurance Broker.
