A leading specialist in fire protection is seeking an Estimator with experience in passive fire protection to work from home. This role involves producing competitive quotations and managing budgets for projects valued up to £200k. The ideal candidate will excel in communication and teamwork, possess strong Excel skills, and have a proven background in fire doors or fire stopping. The remuneration ranges from £50,000 to £60,000 plus a discretionary bonus.

- Experience as an Estimator within passive fire protection, fire doors or fire stopping.
- Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Build relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare and oversee project budget and cost plans.

- Working closely with Senior Management and the External Sales team
- Overall responsibility for the costing of quotation and tender returns
- Estimating for projects ranging in value up to ~£200k
- Must have experience as an Estimator within passive fire protection, fire doors or fire stopping
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills)
- Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
- Must be a great team player
- High levels of organisation
