Job summary
A nonprofit organization is seeking a highly organized Virtual Operations Manager for a fully remote role. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents. Required qualifications include exceptional organizational skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in tools like Excel and Google Workspace. This independent contractor position offers compensation of $1,200 - $1,500 monthly, depending on experience, with no additional benefits provided.
Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent reading, writing, and proofreading abilities.
- Experience in nonprofit or professional association is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across all WBC programs.
- Maintain schedules, calendars, and proactively flag needs.
- Draft and send professional emails on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain organizational records.
- Prepare documents and assist with event logistics.
