Job summary
A leading medical technology company is seeking a Mako Field Service Technician in the UK. The role involves on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and testing of Mako robotic systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent service orientation and the ability to manage multiple projects independently are essential. The position requires travel up to 80% of the time, ensuring robust customer relationships and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with robotics or complex capital equipment preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support and customer service.
- Install, repair, maintain, and test Mako robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in the field.
- Document service activities and complete detailed service reports.
