Business Analyst – Transformation – Midlands/Remote

Salary: 55k – 60k per annum plus benefits and remote working, with occasional travel to the East Midlands office

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst for an organization undergoing significant investment and transformation of its systems and operations. This role offers variety and challenge, initially for a 12-month FTC.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within retail (or similar sector) or regulatory environment.
• Experience with process mapping or process flows is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects & change initiatives meet business requirements, gathering IT requirements via workshops and other methods.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope deliverables and manage expectations.
• Manage project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Report to business leaders & internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and third parties to establish project scope and user requirements.
