Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)

Location: Remote (UK-based) Salary: £50–65K per annum (depending on experience) Benefits: Private Healthcare · Company Pension · Death in Service

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to take a leading role in shaping the user experience and interface design of Horizon, our successful SaaS Customer Data Platform (CDP). This is a key opportunity to help define the next chapter of Horizon’s growth. You'll own and elevate the design and usability of the product — bringing together user insight, interface craft, and strategic thinking to help us deliver a best-in-class platform experience for marketers and data professionals. You’ll work across the full design lifecycle, from exploration and prototyping to detailed UI design and hand-off, and will collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure we build the right things — and build them right.

What You'll Do

· Lead the UX and UI design for Horizon CDP, helping evolve and scale the product’s experience

· Work closely with product owners to shape new features, define user stories, and inform design priorities

· Develop user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to explore and communicate design ideas

· Create high-fidelity UI designs and assets for hand-off to our front-end React development team

· Maintain and expand our design system, ensuring consistency, usability, and efficiency across the product

· Contribute to user and competitor research, identifying UX opportunities and benchmarking Horizon against best-in-class Martech tools

· Participate in usability testing, customer feedback loops, and iterative design cycles

· Collaborate with our brand design lead to ensure visual and tone alignment across interfaces and materials

What We're Looking For

· 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI), ideally in B2B SaaS or Martech

· A portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design thinking — from insight to execution

· Expertise with Figma and other design/prototyping tools

· Strong collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and stakeholders

· Familiarity with front-end development workflows, particularly HTML/CSS and React-based environments

· Experience contributing to or evolving a design system

· Good understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and modern UX patterns

· Exposure to usability testing and customer feedback methodologies

· Curious about how competing tools approach UX challenges and keen to bring new ideas to the table
