A legal recruitment agency is seeking a qualified Locum Planning Lawyer for a fully remote role. The position offers £60 per hour outside IR35 and requires expertise in planning law and recent local authority experience. Responsibilities include providing legal advice on planning matters and managing complex obligations. Ideal candidates are Solicitors or Barristers familiar with local government law.
Qualificações
- A qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive is required.
- Recent experience in Local Authority matters is essential.
- Ability to handle complex legal obligations.
Responsabilidades
- Provide advice on planning and highways matters.
- Draft and manage Section 106 obligations.
- Assist with planning enforcement and appeals.
- Conduct legal research pertaining to planning law.
Conhecimentos
Locum Planning Lawyer – Local Authority – South West – £60 Per Hour Outside IR35 – Fully Remote
- Providing advice on a wide range of general Planning and Highways matters
- Drafting and dealing with complex Section 106 obligations
- Assisting with Planning Enforcement and Appeal work
- Undertaking research and providing advice to the Council in the areas of planning law specifically and Local Government Law generally
An hourly rate of up to £60 per hour Outside IR35 is offered for this position. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity for fully remote working, with no planning committee attendance required.
- The ideal candidate would be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with recent previous Local Authority experience.
