A dedicated charity recruitment firm is seeking a Talent Manager to design sourcing strategies and guide candidates through placements. This role emphasizes relationship building, collaboration, and strong organizational skills. Ideal candidates will be motivated by purpose and bring positivity to the team. The position offers flexibility, working remotely with in-person meetings every 8 weeks.
Internal appointment
At Charisma Charity Recruitment we believe that great people drive great charities, and we’re dedicated to supporting the charity and not-for-profit sector recruit and retain exceptional talent across the UK. We’re a small, passionate, and high-performing team who care deeply about the work we do. Charisma champions a supportive, flexible working environment, with opportunities to grow your skills, and the satisfaction of knowing your work helps build stronger charities and impactful careers.
As our new Talent Manager, you’ll be at the heart of everything we do, from designing and delivering innovative sourcing strategies across leadership, fundraising, governance, and operational roles, to being a trusted advisor and guide to candidates from first contact through to placement (and beyond). You’ll work closely with Consultants to understand job briefs and recommend standout candidates, also managing interview scheduling and feedback collection, ensuring a seamless, supportive, and timely experience at every stage of the candidate journey.
More widely, you’ll be a proud ambassador of Charisma’s values and mission-led approach, comfortable working collaboratively and sharing market insights, contributing to proposals, and supporting new business development.
You’re a people-first problem solver with a sharp eye for talent and a heart for purpose. Whether it’s building relationships, juggling multiple tasks, or spotting the perfect candidate in a sea of profiles, you bring energy, empathy, and precision to every part of your role.
