Senior Project Manager / Project Director - Toronto / Ottawa - Canada. We are partnering with our client who is one of North America's major construction contractors (about $3bn t/o) to appoint Senior Project Managers to deliver design and build projects across Toronto and Ottawa.

This is an exciting opportunity for Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and Project Directors to join one of Canada's longest standing building contractors delivering healthcare, defence, commercial, education, industrial, manufacturing, distribution, infrastructure, life sciences, sports and leisure projects ranging from $50m - $250m+.

Ottawa is Canada\'s capital city with a thriving job market, influenced by a moderate cost of living and booming public sector and tech markets.

• Basic salary of $165K - $260K (£90K - £140K GBP)

• Manage construction activities to ensure the project is built on schedule and within budget
• Work with the pre-construction team to develop the project budget
• Hire key personnel and subcontractors to deliver the project
• Manage the project administration and daily operations
• Monitor the change management process

• Experience working on large scale projects valued at £50m+
• Experience managing programme, safety and quality on site
• Experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
• Willing and able to relocate to Canada

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate a track record working as a Project Manager on D&B projects (£50m+) for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
