What You'll Do: Design learning experiences that support BCG’s global Risk and Compliance strategy. In this role, you will create engaging and accurate compliance learning for all BCG employees worldwide, including onboarding, refreshers, and mandatory training modules.
You will influence how our people understand and embody compliance values across geographies and roles.
YOU'RE GOOD AT:
Stakeholder management: Working successfully within a complex, matrix-structured organization is essential; experience doing so virtually is strongly preferred.
Project management: Scoping, designing, and developing effective training solutions in partnership with stakeholders and according to BCG's goals.
