The Elite Job is seeking a Romanian Speaking Content Moderator to join our dynamic international team. As a Content Moderator, you will ensure compliance with community standards and company policies, identify and address potentially harmful or inappropriate content, and contribute to providing a positive user experience. • Review and moderate all user-generated content (text, images, videos) according to internal policies and guidelines.

• Evaluate and remove inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content that violates community standards.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency in content review decisions.

• Respond to user reports and elevate complex cases to the appropriate team.

• Provide feedback on trends, potential issues, and areas for policy improvement.

• Support continuous improvement by contributing to the creation of internal documentation and process optimization.

• Work collaboratively with other moderators and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent content quality and compliance.

• Stay updated on cultural and social trends within the Romanian-speaking community to enhance content relevance and appropriateness.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and verbal) and good command of English.

• Strong understanding of Romanian culture, language nuances, and online communities.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to make sound judgment calls under pressure.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with online platforms and social media tools.

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and sometimes distressing content with professionalism and emotional resilience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, customer service, online community management, or a related field preferred.

• Experience working in a multicultural or global company will be an added advantage.

• Full-time position with rotating shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required).
