IT Service Design & Transition Lead (Remote)
Job summary
A leading recruitment agency is seeking an IT Service Design Lead for a six-month contract. You will be responsible for managing Service Introduction and ensuring all elements for a successful transition to live operations are in place. This remote position requires significant experience in IT Service Design, Project Management, and familiarity with ITIL principles. A strong understanding of ServiceNow and Jira is essential. The role offers a daily rate of £475 - £500 and a high likelihood of extension.
Qualifications
- Experience in IT Service Design and Project Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for IT asset management.
- Proven ability to deliver large-scale enterprise go-lives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Service Introduction and Transition Planning activities.
- Manage Release & Deployment Readiness for the project.
- Handle Risk, Issue, and Dependency Management effectively.
