You will be responsible for managing Service Introduction and ensuring all elements for a successful transition to live operations are in place. This remote position requires significant experience in IT Service Design, Project Management, and familiarity with ITIL principles. A strong understanding of ServiceNow and Jira is essential. The role offers a daily rate of £475 - £500 and a high likelihood of extension.
