As a Software Developer, you will work closely with the CTO to solve complex backend infrastructure challenges, including scaling systems and handling large-scale data processing. You’ll contribute to a fast-moving roadmap of new features and integrations, playing a key role in building reliable, high-performance financial products at scale.

• Work directly with the CTO on core backend and infrastructure challenges
• Ship new features and integrations weekly as part of an ambitious product roadmap
• Join a well-funded platform with real-world impact on millions of users

• Partner closely with the CTO on backend architecture, scaling, and data processing
• Build and ship new features and third-party integrations at pace
• Ensure platform performance, reliability, and scalability as usage grows

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Comfortable with high ownership, autonomy, and accountability
• High standards, fast execution, and a strong drive to continuously improve
